New Granddaughter!

We are pleased to announce the arrival of our eighth grandchild and Lori's second child, Melody Judy, at 3:30 p.m. today, May 15, 2008. At birth, she weighed 7 pounds 3 oz, was 19.5 inches long, and has light brown hair. Susan has been there to help and support Lori and Chad through the labor and delivery since about 9 this morning and had a great experience. She reports that mother and baby are doing fine.

    Great grandma and great grandpa send congratulations to Lori, Chad, and Melody. And to big sister. We love to raise our downline count and that gives grandma another birthday card to keep track of. Our best in the days ahead. G & G

    Congratulations Lori and Chad. We are so glad that all went well and that baby Melody is now part of our family. Congratulations also to Grandma Susan and Grandpa Russ!
