Jake turns 21!!!!
We had fun celebrating Jake's 21st birthday ( a couple days early) with him on Sunday!!! Happy Birthday to Jake!!!
Thanks for the pics and taking care of Jakey. So I guess now that he is 21, he is a responsible, mature man, right? Caleb is looking forward to seeing you and Jake in a couple of weeks.
